At NurSource, we understand that it is never a healthcare facility’s goal to use agency RN’s. However, if your RN staff is ever in need, we believe our nurses are head and shoulders above the rest.  Our nurses are thoroughly screened (including drug screening, FBI Background checks and professional face to face interviews). There is never a finder’s fee to hire one of our nurses because it is our philosophy that everyone should be happy on the job, with freedom to work wherever they choose.
